How about a plugin added in your affiliate extension that not only allows the affiliates to bring customers to your products, but also persuades them in joining the affiliate program. The new affiliate will become the tier of the referring affiliate and will get commission on products sold by his tier affiliate.  Your affiliates will not only increase sales but will increase your affiliate web as well; all you will have to do is watch it happen.

Create affiliate programs with 3 tier commissions so that affiliates making more sales will become eligible for higher tier commissions. This will motivate them to bring more customers and affiliates to your store. Referral links can be customized by the affiliates and discounts offered to customers can be changed for 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd time of purchase.

1. Three Tier Commission

Gradually as the affiliates work their way up making more leads, the admin can increase the commission of high earners by setting a threshold of sales. Beyond that threshold the affiliate will receive more commission based on either percentage or fixed amounts.  The commission assigned in the tiers depends on the affiliate programs created by the merchant.  

1. Configuring Tier Discount

Discounts can vary from different affiliate programs. The customer can receive different discounts for 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd time of purchase. The tier discount can be enabled / disabled by the Admin from the back office when the customer used the referral link 2^nd and 3^rd time.

1. Referral Link Customization

The referral link used by the affiliate can be customized as well. A link that is bland with messed up content has a very less chance of bringing the customer to the main store. With Customization feature, the affiliate can remove and add custom text in the URL to make it appealing.
